New to Church

"So then, you are no longer strangers and aliens, but you are fellow citizens with the saints and members of the household of God."  - Ephesians 2: 19

You are very welcome!

Our congregation reflects the wonderful diversity of God’s creation - there is no ‘one size fits all’ here at St. Andrew's Coulsdon. Whether you are 1 or 100, married, single, divorced, partnered, straight, LGBTQIA, black or white - we’d love to see you.

Our service lasts for approximately 60 minutes and includes traditional hymns, prayers, Bible readings, a short sermon (talk) and Holy Communion. Good music and preaching are really important to us.

There is an Order of Service, so you will know what is happening at all times. There is an area in church for children to use if they’d like to. We love having people of all ages worship with us. Well behaved dogs are also welcome! We have disabled facilities.

Coming to church for the first time can feel a little daunting - so if you’d like to chat with Revd. Esther beforehand do feel free to drop her a line.
