St. Andrew’s Church, Coulsdon has a strong musical tradition, and the choir has sung at the church since it was built in 1914. The Church Organ was built by William Hill in 1904 for St. John’s Church, Deptford and was brought to St. Andrew’s in 1949.
Our Sunday Worship is blessed with a mixed, versatile, robed choir, organ and/or piano music week by week The choir sings an introit at the start of the service, an anthem during communion and helps lead the rest of the worship.
We also have a flautist, oboist, French horn player and trombonist in our choir who have blessed our worship with beautiful woodwind solos from time to time.
